What is the order process like?

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing and fulfilment takes app. 5-7 business days. After your order if finisched packed you will receive an email with all shipping details and your tracking number.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

After placing my order, can I change or cancel it?

If you realize you want to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us on as soon as possible so we try to change the order before it gets sent out to you. We cannot guarantee that the change/cancellation will be possible, it depends on the status of the order and stock availability.

Can I cancel my custom jersey / Pre -order?

All Jerseys being custom made, we do not accept returns.

Customized goods are being produced individually, and it takes up to 5-7 days to produce. After that, the order will be shipped. Customized goods / pre- orders are not being refundable or exchangeable.

Notice regarding your custom jersey nickname?

The customized Nickname depends on the length of the nickname. The longer the name, the smaller the latters/name can be. Also it depends on the Jersey size.

How can I wash my jersey and what are the jersey made of?

Wash and iron inside out.
Use mild detergent only, wash with similar colors.

Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry-clean, do not use fabric softener

Beanie: 100% Soft Acrylic 72 g/m2
Care instructions: suitable for machine washing up to 40°C


What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Our fulfillment Partner is located in Germany and ship all products from Germany

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped out.

How does customs and import charges apply?

Depending on the country you live in there are different customs and import charges that apply. We suggest you read a bit about this before placing an order with us, in the EU there is a free trade agreement but for the Americas, Asia, Oceania and Africa there are different regulations. If you have any doubts, you can also contact our customer service to the email .

Lost/undelivered order

Please notice that the customer is responsible for providing the sender with a correct and complete address. If an Order is lost due to an incorrect address, the sender (ECHO) won´t be responsible for that loss.

Any undelivered parcel will be returned to us. Thereafter we will contact you to re-send your order to you.

Why is my order delayed?

we always aim to deliver your order within our standar delivery times, but sometimes unforeseeable factors can cause delays in your delivery.

Here are some reasons why your delivery might be late:

-your order was shipped during a holiday season

-you ordered a custom Jersey, which have a longer production time.

-There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Exchanges

How to arrange a return?

To return your product you have to send an email to with your return reasons. Please be so kind and include all necessary informations like Order Number, Name, reason for return etc.

After we have received your return, we will check it for damage. If the return is undamaged, we will initiate the refund using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.

Do I have to pay to ship my ordered product back?

Yes, you have to pay for return costs of an exchangeable product.

Customizable Products like, Jersey with Nickname, Floor Mat, Flags are not exchangeable products.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
